Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the physiotherapy and rehabilitation department
Supervise, mentor, and guide the physiotherapy team
Oversee patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes
Ensure quality and consistency in physiotherapy services
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Review team performance and provide clinical guidance
Support training and development of physiotherapy staff




Ensure smooth departmental operations and appropriate documentation
Promote effective patient-care and rehabilitation practices

Required Qualifications
MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) is mandatory
7+ years of relevant physiotherapy experience
Strong clinical and rehabilitation experience
Proven leadership and team-management experience
Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinical setup preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
