Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design, knowledge of current design trends, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create visually appealing banners, posters, brochures, presentations, creatives, and promotional materials.
Develop designs according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills




2–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience working with digital marketing / EdTech/advertising is a plus.
A strong portfolio of previous design work is required.
