Job Responsibilities
To lead a team of Zonal Managers
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly premium targets.
Drive recent business acquisition through the agency channel.
Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers, Sales Managers, and Insurance Advisors.
Drive advisor activation, retention, and performance.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Create a high-performance sales culture.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Build solid relationships with top advisors, channel partners, and key clients.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Maintain quality of business and customer service standards.
