Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Support organizational growth by providing HR insights and recommendations.
Drive people-related interventions to improve employee productivity and engagement.

Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide timely resolutions.




Foster a positive work setting and strong employee connect.

Performance Management
Support goal setting, performance review cycles, and talent discussions.
Work with managers to identify development and succession planning opportunities.
Drive performance improvement initiatives where required.

Talent Management & Learning
Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning interventions.
Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Assist in talent reviews and high-potential employee programs.

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain HR data accuracy and generate people analytics reports.
