About the Role Eco Mitra is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, maintaining employee processes, and helping build a structured, high-performance work environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, work closely with leadership, and grow with a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate employee documentation and HR records
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR requirements
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs
Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee databases
Coordinate manpower requirements across departments




Support employee communication and organizational activities
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, HORECA, or related industries will be preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Robust organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
