Qualification

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline

Diploma candidates can also apply

Experience

B.E candidates: 5 to 10 years

Diploma candidates: 7 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities
Lean manufacturing activities and continuous improvement
Process improvement and productivity improvement
Plant and machine layout planning
Basic engineering drawings and understanding of technical drawings
Knowledge of CNC, VMC and HMC machines
Experience in paint shop operations
Knowledge of foundry / casting processes
Identify process issues and implement improvement activities
Support manufacturing and production teams in improving efficiency and quality

Salary

B.E / B.Tech: Up to ₹10 LPA

Diploma: Up to ₹8 LPA

Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering experience
Lean activities and process improvement
Layout planning
CNC / VMC / HMC knowledge
Paint shop and foundry experience
Basic drawing knowledge
