Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR generalist activities, HRMS platforms, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle management. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce data analysis.
Assist in implementing HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
Utilize HR technology and productivity tools to streamline HR processes.

Required Skills
Experience in HR operations and recruitment.




Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems.
Solid Excel and reporting skills.
Valuable understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Background
Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Packaging, Industrial Products, Metals, Auto Components, or similar sectors.
Candidates from IT/Software companies are not preferred.

Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of relevant HR experience.
Exposure to HRMS/ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
