HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industry experience: Fitness industry experience is preferred

Location: South Delhi, Delhi, India

Key responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for studio and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and share timely updates.
Support offer management, joining formalities, and recruitment documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in recruitment.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Working knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee documentation.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
