Recruitment & Onboarding: Leading talent acquisition, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and managing smooth onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations: Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, fostering a positive culture, and promoting employee engagement.

Performance Management: Managing performance reviews, feedback systems, and development plans, KRA and KPI

Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Training & Development: Assessing needs, creating programs, and overseeing learning initiatives to boost skills.

Staff Welfare-Manage employee advantages and wellness programs

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
