HR Executive – Statutory Compliance

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Industry: Manufacturing / Factory experience mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR statutory compliance activities.
Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Labor Laws, EPF, ESI, PT, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Handle Factory License, DISH-related compliance, renewals, submissions, and inspections.
Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with Government Departments and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
Handle employee-related compliance and labour law matters.
Support statutory audits, inspections, notices, and documentation.
Monitor compliance requirements across factory operations and ensure timely closure.




Coordinate with internal departments for statutory data and documentation.

Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance.
Robust practical knowledge of factory and manufacturing statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Factory License, DISH, EPF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, and Factory Act.
Positive understanding of statutory registers, returns, audits, and inspections.
Manufacturing / Factory experience is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
