We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Airoli, Mumbai.

Eligibility
Graduate freshers only
2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
Valuable English communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Willing to work from the Airoli, Mumbai location

Salary and Perks
Salary: ₹2.8 LPA
Approx. ₹18,000 in-hand per month
Up to ₹3,000 night shift allowance
Cab facility available
5 days working
2 rotational week-offs
Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions




Maintain customer service standards
Document customer interactions in the system
Follow process, quality and company guidelines
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
