Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer with minimum 4 years of expertise in HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial projects.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
Review client layouts and prepare turnkey cleanroom proposals while Interacting with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop cleanroom designs, perform heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct layout, and cleanroom class zoning calculations.
Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines.
Estimation & Costing
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals.
Review tender documents and specifications.
Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and incorporate historical project data for accurate estimation.
Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies.
Proven experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Understanding of ISO standards, GMP compliance, and cleanroom classifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical discussions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
