Graduate / MBA pursuing or completed
HR specialization preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support the HR team in daily HR activities.
Prepare basic HR reports using MS Excel.
Maintain proper HR documentation.
