About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer with strong Aruba networking experience to support our client's enterprise network and day-to-day IT administration.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and support Aruba 6300M/6200F switches, wireless and network infrastructure.
Handle VLAN, switching, trunking, PoE, connectivity, basic routing and network performance issues.
Monitor network incidents, analyze logs and implement approved configuration changes.
Coordinate with HPE/Aruba OEM support for escalations, hardware replacement and firmware upgrades.
Provide onsite/remote IT support for Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, printers, VPN and user accounts.
Support user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management and endpoint/security requirements.
Maintain IT/network documentation, tickets and incident reports.
Work independently at the client location and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills
4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network support and/or system administration.




Hands-on experience with Aruba enterprise networking, preferably Aruba 6300M/6200F.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, switching, trunking, subnetting, DHCP/DNS, basic routing and PoE.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, VPN and endpoint support.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred: Aruba/HPE certification, CCNA, Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certification. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking or related field.

Significant: This is not a pure Desktop Support/Helpdesk role. Strong hands-on enterprise networking and Aruba switching experience is essential, along with the ability to handle routine IT administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
