Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role provides practical exposure to various HR functions in a corporate work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation activities.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.




Follow up with employees regarding required documents and HR formalities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, or
Bachelor's degree with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Preferred Candidate
Freshers with a strong interest in Recruitment and HR Operations are encouraged to apply.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
