Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with HODs for performance management and team development.
Maintain HR records and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR reports and support management in HR decisions.

Requirements
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Solid communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
