Drawing Interpretation: Ability to independently read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and component specifications. ​Job Setup &
Re-setting: Full capability to perform independent component setups, fixture alignment, and reset operations for recent production runs. ​Tool Selection &
Management: Expertise in selecting appropriate tooling, verifying tool suitability for specific material components, and managing tool loading/assembly. ​In-Process Precision Inspection: High proficiency in using precision measuring instruments to inspect components and maintain strict dimensional accuracy. ​Operational Expectations &
