Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process until joining.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
