About the Role

Kanban Infosystem is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role is suitable for freshers who are interested in IT recruitment, talent acquisition and HR and want to build a career in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
Robust willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹10,193.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
