Operate and set injection moulding machines for plastic bucket production.
Experience in manufacturing 20 L and 26 L plastic buckets will be preferred.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time and cycle time.
Handle mould loading, mould setting and mould changeover.
Monitor production and maintain required cycle time.
Identify and rectify common moulding defects such as:
Short shot
Flash
Sink marks
Warpage
Colour variation
Black spots
Uneven thickness
Coordinate with the production and maintenance team for machine/mould problems.
Monitor raw material mixing and material feeding.
Maintain production and rejection records.
Ensure product dimensions and weight are maintained as per specifications.




Maintain machine cleanliness, workplace safety and 5S.
Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.

Required Experience

Mandatory:
Hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding.
Experience with bucket/container manufacturing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of mould setting and machine parameter adjustment.
Ability to troubleshoot basic moulding problems.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹13,591.30 - ₹35,724.74 per month
