JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer interactions related to the used-car/vehicle finance process.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant process information clearly.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding applications, documentation, and customer queries.
Follow prescribed banking-process guidelines and customer handling procedures.
Maintain accurate records and meet defined productivity and quality expectations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
HSC qualification is required.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Average communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
