A horticultural manager oversees the daily operations, staff, and plant care of nurseries, greenhouses, public parks, or landscaped properties to ensure high standards of plant health and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Care & Health: Monitor crops, trees, and flowers for diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, applying protected integrated pest management.
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule gardeners, farm workers, or direct reports.
Operations & Planning: Oversee irrigation systems, soil management, pruning, planting programs, and harvesting schedules.
Budget & Inventory: Manage tools, equipment, fertilizers, and operational budgets to optimize resources.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
