Florida Consulting Pvt Ltd is hiring an IT Support Specialist to look after our systems, network, and day-to-day tech needs. You'll be the first point of contact for our team's IT issues and will help us keep everything secure and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Provide hardware, software, email, and network support to employees
Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other equipment
Manage user accounts, permissions, and cloud tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
Maintain the office network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and VPN
Run regular data backups and follow security best practices
Track IT assets and coordinate with vendors for repairs and purchases
Document issues, fixes, and IT procedures

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS
Understanding of networking basics (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
