About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Nashik. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, sourcing top talent across technical and non-technical domains, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: understand hiring needs, write job descriptions, source talent, conduct preliminary screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Actively source candidate profiles through job portals (Indeed, Naukri), social media (LinkedIn), referral networks, and local recruitment drives.
Evaluate applicants by screening resumes against specific role parameters, background requirements, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interview panels with hiring managers,



collecting structured feedback after each round.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring demands.
Assist in onboarding tasks, collecting candidate verification documents, and issuing offer/appointment letters.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Solid working knowledge of candidate screening methods and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
