Key Responsibilities
Implementing and supporting Hospital Information Systems and other Healthcare applications.
Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of HIS/EMR, servers, computers, biometric/punching systems, and other IT applications.
Monitor network connectivity, system performance, backups, and data security.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
Ensure regular data backup and assist in disaster recovery planning.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




Provide technical support and guidance to all departments.
Coordinate with management and department heads regarding IT requirements and improvements.
Ensure timely maintenance and upgrades of IT systems

Required Qualification
B.Tech / BE / Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in HMS/HIS support, healthcare IT, software support
