Eligibility: • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers .) • Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to international customers. • Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN,
