We are looking for an energetic, results-driven HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, souring top-tier technical and non-technical talent to meet our expanding business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and employee networks to proactively source active and passive talent.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, evaluate candidate suitability based on skills and cultural fit, and shortlist top candidates for interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department heads and technical leads, ensuring seamless candidate scheduling and prompt feedback loop.
Partner with team leads to define clear job requirements, refine job specs, and provide data-driven recruitment updates.
Negotiate salary packages,



manage candidate notice periods, and facilitate pre-onboarding documentation to ensure high joiner ratios.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records.

Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting, ideally with exposure to Electronics Industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with solid negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
