Required Skills:
Mandatory Skills
1–2 years of hands-on experience with Workato, including:
Recipe development and management
Connector configuration
API integrations and automation
Experience with at least one enterprise integration platform, such as:
MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or similar
Solid understanding of integration fundamentals:
REST and SOAP APIs
JSON and XML data formats
Webhooks and event-driven architectures
Experience integrating enterprise applications such as:
CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
HRMS and other SaaS platforms
Knowledge of data transformation and mapping concepts
Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is an advantage

Preferred Skills:
Preferred Qualifications
Workato certifications (e.g., Automation Pro / Integration Pro)
Experience with API management tools (Postman, Swagger, Apigee, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in cloud settings (AWS/Azure – nice to have)
