We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Post and update job vacancies on relevant platforms. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist with onboarding and HR documentation. Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements: Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Ability to communicate confidently with candidates. Positive organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. Freshers and students pursuing HR/Management courses are welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
