Job Summary

Swadesh Mobile Private Limited is hiring target-driven Sales Agents / Marketing Executives to support the

Groomit Marketplace campaign. The role involves making outbound cold calls to dog and cat grooming salons across the United States to pitch our online directory, convince business owners of the lead-generation perks, and sign them up for platform listings.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to pet grooming salons in the USA.

B2B Pitching: Engage business owners and decision-makers to explain how Groomit Marketplace increases online visibility and generates customer leads.

¢ Objection Handling: Professionally address questions, navigate pushback, and counter common sales objections.

¢ Lead Conversion:



Follow up diligently with warm prospects to convert them into successfully registered directory listings.

¢ Pipeline & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of calls, follow-ups, and conversions within the CRM.

¢ Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

¢ Experience: Prior experience in outbound telesales, cold calling, business development, or international lead generation.

¢ Communication: Fluent English communication skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.

¢ Market Knowledge: Prior experience dealing with US customers or businesses is a major advantage.

¢ Sales Acumen: Solid negotiation skills, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

¢ Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
