Role Description This is a full time remote Recruiter role. The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include screening applications, conducting phone and video interviews, coordinating face-to-face interviews, and administering assessments and background checks. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide hiring insights, and ensure a smooth, timely process from initial contact through offer negotiation.



The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, using applicant tracking tools, and delivering a professional, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Ability to conduct structured phone, video, and in-person interviews, and to facilitate assessments and background checks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote environment.
Knowledge of fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior agency or in-house recruiting experience is beneficial, especially in quick-paced or high-volume hiring environments.
