About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations and wants to gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes based on the requirements shared by the hiring team.
Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and interest.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
Assist in preparing and sharing interview feedback.
Support the team with offer follow-ups and pre-joining coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.
Support other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as required.

Requirements




Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
