About the Role

Learnet Skills Limited, a leading skill development organization, is looking for passionate and qualified Japanese Language Trainers. You will deliver high-quality language training and prepare candidates for international career opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
JLPT N3 certified with a minimum of 1 year of teaching/training experience, OR
JLPT N2 certified with a minimum of 6 months of teaching/training experience
Prior experience in Japanese language training is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates
Prepare lesson plans and deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum
Monitor student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
Ensure timely completion of language proficiency milestones




Coordinate with the Academic and Head Office teams for smooth program implementation
Mentor students on language and cultural readiness
Support learners in achieving JLPT and international placement requirements

Robust command of Japanese language and grammar
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Classroom management and facilitation skills
Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools
Good organizational and reporting skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
