Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Understand hiring requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
Coordinate with recruiters/hiring managers for open positions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
14 years of experience in HR sourcing/recruitment.
Valuable knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment portals.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
