About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate and employee records and HR databases.
Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, attendance records, and employee files.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Assist in maintaining leave and attendance records.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required.




Assist the HR team with other day-to-day administrative activities.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment techniques.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
