Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, build work schedules, and train recent cleaning team members.
Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to meet brand or health standards and fix issues right away.
Monitor supplies, track linen levels, and order new cleaning products or equipment.
Handle guest complaints, report maintenance problems, and keep daily operational logs.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team delegation
Knowledge of sanitation and safety rules
Positive verbal and written communication
Time management and attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience in floor cleaning machines.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per day
