Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Fort Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping activities of our boutique hotel and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities
Supervise the housekeeping team and assign daily duties.
Check guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
Coordinate room status with the Front Office.
Monitor linen, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on basic hotel standards.
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance team.
Handle basic housekeeping-related guest requests.

Requirements
2+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel.




Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Valuable communication and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
