About the role

We're looking for an HR Manager to lead our people function end-to-end — hiring, employee relations, compliance, and culture.

Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and coordinate with Finance
Maintain statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, labour law filings
Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities
Run the performance appraisal cycle and support managers on goal setting and feedback
Identify training needs and organise learning programs
Track HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, headcount) and report to leadership




Drive engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (MSW, PG Diploma in HR)
5+ years in HR, with at least 2 in a managerial or generalist lead role
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience with HRMS/payroll tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, Darwinbox or similar)
Robust communication in English and [Tamil/regional language]
Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
