Position: IT Intern

Department: Information Technology (IT)

Location: Corporate Office

Role Summary:

The IT Intern will support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations, user support, system maintenance, and IT asset management. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate IT infrastructure and technology support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
Assist in installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
Support user account management and access-related activities.
Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and access provisioning.




Coordinate with users and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain IT support documentation and records.
Follow information security and IT compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:
Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Learning Prospects:
