About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain healthcare services, and convert qualified leads into customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain healthcare services and offerings clearly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Convert qualified leads into customers.




Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,390.21 - ₹50,474.50 per month
