Recruiter Intern / Recruitment Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter Intern / Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team and support end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in recruitment and enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and quick-paced hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, CTC, notice period, and role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to close positions within timelines.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
Support recruitment for functions such as Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other corporate roles.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely coordination, including for urgent/last-minute requirements.
What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
