Yiron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head with 15+ years of experience in International IT Sales, with strong expertise in Software Sales, CRM Sales, SaaS, ERP, and IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Inside Sales/Business Development team and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute international sales strategies for software, CRM, SaaS, ERP, and IT solutions.
Generate and manage international leads, build sales pipelines, and drive end-to-end deal closures.
Build relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and enterprise customers.
Drive CRM and software solution sales, including consultative selling and solution positioning.
Manage proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
Develop existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and recurring business.
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, CRM activities, forecasting, and pipeline performance.
Collaborate with Presales, Technical, Marketing, and Delivery teams to convert opportunities.
Identify new markets, strategic accounts, partnerships,



and channel sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Strong expertise in Software Sales and CRM Sales is essential.
Proven experience in International B2B/Enterprise Sales.
Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
Robust track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Robust consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel for key customer and business meetings.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales & Marketing/Business Management preferred.
