Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various NBFC roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
NBFC industry experience is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
