ManageEngine – IT Asset Management Responsibilities
Manage IT assets using ManageEngine AssetExplorer / ServiceDesk Plus.
Create and maintain asset records, including asset ID, serial number, user, location, warranty, and purchase details.
Track asset allocation, transfer, repair, replacement, and disposal.
Perform periodic asset reconciliation and inventory verification.
Manage employee asset handover and return through the system.
Track hardware and software inventory.
Generate asset-related MIS and management reports.
Monitor warranty and AMC expiry dates.
Coordinate with IT support and vendors for asset-related issues.
Maintain accurate asset documentation and support internal/external audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
