Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end resource allocation and deployment based on skills, availability, project requirements and business priorities.
Drive demandsupply management, ensuring upcoming project requirements are mapped with available resources.
Monitor and improve resource utilization and billability.
Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting for upcoming business/project requirements.
Analyze skill gaps and coordinate with hiring, training and internal mobility teams to address resource requirements.
Maintain visibility of resource availability, upcoming releases, open demands and deployment status.
Partner with Delivery/Business leaders to understand current and future resource requirements.
