Medical Representative (MR) – Yavatmal

Location: Yavatmal, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Representative / Pharma Sales experience

Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm

Job Responsibilities:
Visit doctors regularly in the assigned Yavatmal territory and promote pharmaceutical products.
Conduct effective product detailing and generate prescriptions for assigned brands.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Conduct regular chemist visits and ensure product availability and stock movement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow the assigned doctor call plan and ensure proper territory coverage.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product movement.
Maintain daily call reports, DCRs, expense reports, and other field documentation.
Participate in doctor meetings, CMEs,



and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant MR/Pharma Sales experience.
Positive communication, convincing, and relationship-management skills.
Positive knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the Yavatmal market.
Comfortable with field work and regular doctor/chemist visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
