Responsibilities
Arranging Transportation of Containers from Port to Warehouse & Direct Delivery from Port to Party
Preparing E-Waybills of Inward & Outward Supplies
Maintaining Stock Report on daily / monthly basis
Physical Verification of Stock at warehouse on quarterly basis
Checking CHA / Transportation bills & submission to A/C Dept.
Forwarding Duplicate Bill of Entries to Billing Department.
Forwarding Import Indent, Invoice to the Accounts Department.
Maintaining Import Documents Files

Qualifications - Graduate
