About the Role A leading and prestigious luxury retail brand is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Real Estate to drive its expansion across premium retail destinations in South India.

The role will be responsible for identifying high-potential locations, evaluating real estate opportunities, managing developer/landlord relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and driving the successful opening of new retail boutiques.

Key Responsibilities
Drive retail expansion across premium locations, luxury clusters, heritage zones and high-footfall retail corridors.
Identify and evaluate suitable retail spaces across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and other key South Indian markets.
Conduct market research, location feasibility, competitor benchmarking and ROI analysis.
Prepare and present proposals for current locations to senior stakeholders for approval.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers and local authorities.
Lead negotiations related to lease, rent, fit-out and commercial terms and drive closures.
Coordinate with Design,



Projects, Merchandising and other internal teams for timely store launches.
Maintain a strong real estate pipeline and track progress against expansion KPIs.
Provide regular updates and market insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related discipline.
3–8 years of relevant experience in retail expansion and real estate.
Experience with luxury, premium retail, lifestyle or fashion brands will be preferred.
Solid network across premium retail destinations in South India.
Good understanding of urban retail markets, consumer behaviour and location dynamics.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete real estate acquisition cycle from identification to closure.
