We are hiring for ML officer at L&T; Finance
Village Development: Identifying recent villages, conducting feasibility studies based on demographics, and assisting with village approvals.
Business Sourcing: Forming Joint Liability Groups, processing applications, verifying KYC and residences, and conducting pre-disbursement training.
Disbursement: Collecting documentation and assisting in the completion of disbursement activities.
Collection Management: Handling group-wise collections, depositing funds, maintaining MERC entries, and managing overdue accounts through proactive follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria- Education: Graduate preferred (HSC accepted only with MFI experience).
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months experience with valid proof).
Age: 20 to 31 years.
Requirements: Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driving license.
Working Hours:



Ability to attend early morning sessions (reporting starts at 6:30 AM).
Residency: Candidates should reside near the respective branch locations.

Compensation and Benefits- Salary: ₹2.34 LPA (₹19,500 Monthly CTC) plus performance-based incentives and petrol allowance.
