Role & responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Structured Text and Ladder Logic.
Develop and integrate HMI/SCADA applications for automation systems.
Design control system architecture, I/O configuration, PLC hardware, and industrial communication networks.
Design electrical control panels, including component selection, power/control circuits, wiring, and panel interfaces.
Prepare and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and control documentation using AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
Integrate PLCs with VFDs, motion systems, sensors, safety systems, and field devices.
Perform simulation, debugging, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality teams for system integration.
Participate in design reviews, FMEA, risk assessments, and technical problem-solving.
Ensure automation and control panel designs meet safety standards, customer requirements, and engineering best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
With Valid B1/B2 visa
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
5 to 10 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
